Vanilla
Why all-natural? Many customers ask me about the reasons I use organic and whole products in my work
I use organic Gourmet Grade Vanilla Pods
Vanilla — irresistible, luxury and healing. In my work I use organic Gourmet Grade Vanilla Pods.

Unlike syrups, concentrates or imitations, only hand-picked Vanilla Pods of the vanilla orchid, which produces vanilla beans, can give a true unforgettable aroma and taste to my Eclairs, Tartes and Mini-Desserts.
Natural Vanilla in eclairs by Denis Galygin
The vanilla orchid originates from southeast Mexico and Guatemala, where it is pollinated by indigenous small stingless bees and hummingbirds.

The first written accounts came from Bernal Diaz, who accompanied Cortes to the New World in 1520. In Europe, initially, it was mainly used as an additive for chocolate drinks. Even Queen Elizabeth I was fond of vanilla-flavored desserts. Vanilla was also used as a medicine and aphrodisiac.

Research has linked vanillin, vanilla's chief chemical component, to:
1
Lowering the body's cholesterol levels and helping alleviate inflammatory conditions.
2
Vanilla beans have also potent antioxidants that help prevent cell breakdown, and eliminate free radicals.

One French chef told the Washington Post newspaper about Vanilla, 'it's the sexiest thing you can have.' I completely agree with him and you?
